Ingredients:

- 300g of bihun
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup of sliced cabbage
- 1/4 cup of sliced green beans
- 1/4 cup of sliced tofu
- 1/4 cup of sliced chicken (optional)
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions:

1. Soak the bihun in water until soften, approximately 10 minutes.

2. Drain and set aside.

3. Heat up the vegetable oil in a wok.

4. Add the minced garlic and sliced shallots.

5. Fry until fragrant.

6. Add in the sliced carrots, cabbage, green beans, and chicken (if using).

7. Fry until the veggies are cooked.

8. Push the veggies to the side of the wok.

9. Add in the beaten eggs and scramble.

10. Once the eggs are cooked, mix it together with the veggies.

11. Add in the sliced tofu.

12. Fry for another 2 minutes.

13. Add in the soy sauce and oyster sauce.

14. Mix well.

15. Finally, add in the bihun.

16. Toss everything together until the bihun is cooked and coated with the sauce.

17. Add salt and pepper to taste.

18. Serve hot and enjoy!
