  • 500g of chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 1 green chilli, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Start by cooking the Wantan Mee according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic, onion, red chilli and green chilli and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch and water. Add the mixture to the pan and stir for a few minutes, until the sauce thickens up.
  5. Place a serving of Wantan Mee in a bowl and pour the chicken and sauce on top of the noodles.
  6. Garnish with thinly sliced spring onion.
