Cornflakes Chocolate Kuih Raya

Ingredients:

  • 350g cornflakes (crushed)
  • 200g chocolate compound
  • 150g butter
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate compound and butter in a saucepan under low heat.
  2. Once melted, add in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well.
  3. Add in the crushed cornflakes into the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Take a spoonful of the mixture and shape it into small rounds. Place on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the Kuih Raya for at least an hour to allow them to set and become crispy.
