Ingredients:

400g Mee Bandung
300g Shrimp
1 Onion (sliced)
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
2 Red Chilies (sliced)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Lemon (juice)
2 Cups Water
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Cook Mee Bandung in boiling water for 5 minutes or until al dente, strain and set aside.

2. Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Remove from wok and set aside.

3. In the same wok, add some more oil and sauté onions, garlic, and chilies until onions are translucent.

4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
